The Philippines has been designated as the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Center of Excellence on Public Sector Productivity (COE-PSP) with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) as the focal organization and implementing institution. The DAP also serves as the country’s National Productivity Organization (NPO) that supports the APO in promoting and implementing public sector productivity-related activities in the Asia-Pacific region. DAP COE-PSP is leading the movement on advancing innovation and productivity in the public sector across Asia and the Pacific region.
I worked with the team from FullyNimble Inc. to design a canvas bag. We thought of a key visual design that would speak and represent the colors of DAP COE-PSP. With Philippines leading the movement on advancing productivity and innovation on the public sector areas in the whole Asia-Pacific region, the design was inspired from the colors of the Philippine flag. The shapes symbolizes different characteristics: Circle represents the notions of totality, wholeness, perfection. Triangle represents action/steady strength. Squares suggest honesty & solidity.
